Why we built it
A shoebox of receipts, a spreadsheet that nobody trusts, and a VAT deadline on Friday. That is how bookkeeping still works for many UK businesses. Making Tax Digital changed the rules, but it did not make the work easier.
UK Cashier takes the paper out of the process. You photograph a receipt, we read it, sort it and keep it. At the end of the quarter your VAT figures are already there.
Who we are
UK Cashier is a Taxten product. Taxten builds tax and e-document software used by thousands of businesses, and runs GermanKasse, the same idea built for the German market.
